The prices include a single camping unit pitch and entrance to the event on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September 2008. The site will be open for camping units from 12pm on Thursday 11th September 2008. Please vacate the site by 12pm on Monday 15th September 2008.

Notes
- All displays are subject to availability, weather, serviceability and times may change without prior notice. Please check the Weekend Event Programme which is available on the weekend for more up to date information.
- All spectators should be aware of moving vehicles on the show site at all times.
- Be aware of pedestrians whilst manoeuvring within the site.
- There will be a strict 5mph speed limit on site, please adhere to this at all times. Entry and exit will be via a one way system. We do not encourage the movement of vehicles during show opening times.
- Be considerate to other road users and local villagers when entering / leaving the site.
- Make yourself aware of the fire points (FP) and first aid points (FA) within the site.
- Toilets (T) are located at various points within the main site and camping area.
- Place any litter in the bins provided.
- Children are to be supervised at all times.
- Pets are welcome but, please be aware that their will be loud noises during the weekend. Pets are to be kept under control and on leads at all times. Please clean up after them and place all waste in the bins provided.
- Admission to the show is entirely at your own risk, and it is a condition of admission that all persons having any connection with the promotion and/or organisation and/or conduct of the show, including the owners of the land and the drivers and owners of the vehicles, are absolved from all liability in respect of personal injury, whether fatal or otherwise, to you or damage to your property howsoever caused.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the show without refund.
