The 315th Historical Society is proud to announce and
would like to welcome you to

13th & 14th September 2008
Spanhoe Airfield, nr Corby, Northamptonshire NN17 3AT
The weekend of 13th & 14th September 2008 at Spanhoe Airfield will
consist of a trip back to the 1940's to experience the sights and sounds
of that era.
The event will include World War II aircraft* (static and air displays),
Arnhem battle reenactment, military vehicles, civilian vehicles, living
history displays including British-American-Polish-Dutch-German &
civilian, vintage tractors & agricultural working exhibits, steam
engines, live music and entertainment, big band dance** (Saturday night)
and a memorial service (Sunday morning).

The event is organised by the 315th Historical Society and is dedicated to the 315th TCG (Troop Carrier Group) along with the American 82nd Airborne Division, the British 1st Airborne Division and the 1st Polish Independent Parachute Brigade who were flown into Arnhem and Nijmegen during Operation Market Garden in September 1944.
The 315th Historical Society is a non profit making organization and all proceeds will be given to various charities.
